The Group owns multiple brand series, represented by Longsheng. Its main products include malleable cast iron, grooved pipe fittings, and valves. The Group operates three major factories with a total area of 180, 000 square meters, a total staff of 2, 500 employees, and an inventory of 25, 000 metric tons.
Cast Iron Pipe Fittings
The annual total production capacity is approximately 200, 000 metric tons. We have over 500 production facilities, including 8 automatic molding production lines, 4 semi-automatic production lines, 4 intermediate frequency electric furnaces, and 5 electric galvanizing lines. We are equipped with a complete set of mold processing equipment, such as integrated engraving machines and precision CNC machine tools. We have also established a physical and chemical testing center, equipped with advanced testing devices like carbon-sulfur analyzers, hydraulic universal testing machines, and spectrometers.
Valves
The annual total production capacity is 73 million pieces. We possess 600 sets of various automated production equipment and maintain a national-level laboratory testing center. We have more than 70 R&D technical personnel, including over 15 full-time R&D engineers, who possess extensive research and development experience in HVAC valve systems and water systems.
